01 · Datenschutzerklärung / Privacy Policy

Responsible party (Verantwortlicher) in the sense of GDPR Art. 4(7): Wally Gallery OÜ (Estonian company, registry no. 16696073), represented by Gvantsa Kikalishvili, contactable at me@gvantsa.com. The service is operated from München, Germany.

What I collect, and when

I keep data collection to a minimum. The only personal data this site processes is what you voluntarily send through the contact form or by emailing me directly: name, email, workshop date, and whatever you write in the message field.

Form submissions are emailed to me@gvantsa.com,admin@admin.ge and saved on the server in an access-controlled storage area for record-keeping. The stored record includes the submitted fields, the submission timestamp, and the originating IP address.

Server logs

The hosting provider for this site automatically processes standard log data (IP address, timestamp, browser, referring page) for the limited purpose of operating and securing the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest). Logs are kept for a short period and are not used for profiling or advertising.

Why I process this data

• To reply to your rental enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — contract preparation).
• To operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
• To prevent spam and abuse via Google reCAPTCHA (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who I share it with

I do not sell, rent, or trade your data. I share data only with processors strictly needed to run the service — currently:

• Hosting provider — operates the server this site runs on.
• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) — fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. This transmits your IP address to Google.
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited) — used to prevent automated spam on the contact form. Loaded only when you interact with the contact form. Transmits your IP and interaction data to Google. See Google's privacy policy.
• Calendly — only if you click the discovery-call link and book a call.
• LinkedIn — only if you click the LinkedIn link.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails and stored submissions are kept as long as needed to reply and complete any resulting rental, plus any legally required retention period for invoices (in Germany, typically up to 10 years under § 147 AO). If you ask me to delete your data and there is no legal duty to keep it, I will.

02 · Cookies & tracking

This site uses a single, locally-stored value to remember your cookie-banner choice, so the banner does not reappear every visit. There is no analytics tracking and no advertising pixels. Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you interact with the contact form.

Google Fonts are loaded from a Google server. This is technically a third-party data transfer (your IP address). If you want to avoid this, block third-party requests in your browser or use a privacy-focused browser extension.

The content of this site has been prepared with care, but I cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of all information. As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) TMG). Under §§ 8–10 TMG, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Liability for links

This site contains links to external third-party websites (gvantsa.com, LinkedIn, Calendly). I have no influence over the content of those websites and accept no liability for it. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the linked sites' content.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15).
• Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16).
• Have your data erased, where there is no legal reason to keep it (Art. 17).
• Restrict processing (Art. 18) and request data portability (Art. 20).
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
• Withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Bavaria that is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
